Itinerary in details:
Day 1: Arrival day (D)
Meet and greet at Hanoi airport . Transfer to our hotel and free afternoon at leisure. Tonight we will enjoy water puppet show followed by welcome dinner at Vietnamese restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi city tour (B,L)
We have a full day to visit the following places of interest. Morning: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential palace, One pillar pagoda, Temple of literature Lunch at one of the following restaurants Chaca La Vong Restaurant
Afternoon: We visit the following places of interest-DongXuan Market, the city’s largest market, Ngoc Son temple, Hoankiem lakes-History Museum or Fine Arts Museum or Museum of Ethnology
Day 3: Hanoi- Halong bay cruise (B,L,D)
Pick up fromyour hotel at 08h30am for a four-hour drive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Comfort stop en route for photos and coffee before arriving to Halong City We then transfer to to a refurbished wooden sailing junk for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Halong Bay, giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site. While on board we will be served a sumptuous fresh, local seafood lunch followed by a swim and exploring some of the limestone caves in this area. When the sun come down we drop anchor for the night nearby a remote island

Day 4: HaLong Bay- Hanoi (Brunch)
Junk boat once again sets sail through breathtaking secluded Halong bay
Enjoy breakfast while cruising
Visit Bai tu long Bay , Teapot island , Chopstiks island , Bai tho mountain.
Return to Halong city and have brunch on board.
Back to Halong wharf and disembark
Transfer back to Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel.
The trip concludes in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi- Departure (B)
Free day at leisure and there will be a transfer to airport for your flight home

Notes:
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum opening time: Open from Tuesday to Thursday and weekends from 8am to 11pm. Closed on Mondays and Fridays. The mausoleum is closed for two months of the year, usually October and November, when Ho Chi Minh’s body is maintenance
