Your next stop is the Hoa Sua Training School for a half day cooking class where you will have plenty of time to sample your delights over lunch. In the afternoon, you visit two museums of your choice from the following selection: Temple of Literature, Army Museum, History Museum, National Fine Arts Museum or the Museum of Ethnology.
